Asphalt removal &
replacement is necessary and the most effective repair when
an asphalt surface has been neglected or no maintenance has
been done and water infiltration has begun to undermine the
sub-grade material. Once the underlying subgrade in a particular
area has been substantially weakened this is the best option.
Typically,
it is only necessary to remove & replace
certain sections in a given location. Here
at
M&M Contracting Inc. we
recommend removal and replacement only in
the
required areas where the sub-grade material
has been substantially weakened.
Our
estimators will inform you of precisely which areas
need to be removed, and suggest other less costly methods
for areas where removal is not required.
